Who we are.
Bridge is made by Levlin LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, USA, at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110. For anything in this policy, write to hi@levlin.net.
The short version.
We collect as little as we can: an email address, and a hashed identifier for the computer Bridge is licensed on. Your Revit models and Max scenes are never uploaded and never processed in the cloud — Bridge runs entirely on your workstation. We do not sell or share personal data for advertising.
What we collect and why.

What we never collect.
Your models, scenes, geometry, textures, project names, or any file content. Bridge does not upload them, and there is no cloud processing step. The only thing that goes over the network is the licence check itself.
Payments.
Subscriptions are sold through a Merchant of Record, which acts as the seller and handles payment and tax. We never see or store your card details.
Sharing.
We use a small number of service providers to run the product: our Merchant of Record (payments and tax), a sign-in provider for Google and Apple sign-in, and our hosting provider. They process data on our instructions only. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers.
We are a US company and our providers may process data outside your country. Where the law requires it, transfers rely on the appropriate safeguards offered by those providers.
How long we keep it.
Account data is kept while your account exists, and for a short period afterwards for accounting and dispute purposes.
One exception, stated plainly: when you ask us to delete your account we delete your personal data and unlink it — but we keep the hashed device identifier and the date its free trial was issued, with no link to you or to any account. Without that record, deleting an account would reset a free trial that has already been used. The basis is fraud prevention, and what remains identifies a machine, not a person.
Your rights.
Depending on where you live, you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, object to processing, or ask us to transfer it. Write to hi@levlin.net and we will respond. Deletion is subject to the single exception above. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies.
We use only what is strictly necessary to make the site and your sign-in work.
Children.
Bridge is a professional tool and is not directed at anyone under 16.
Changes.
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and for material changes we will tell account holders by email.
