Cancel anytime.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Bridge keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
Try before you pay.
Every seat starts with a full 30-day free trial — all features, on your own project, with no credit card. We would rather you decide during the trial than pay first and ask for your money back.
Refunds.
Because a full 30-day trial precedes any payment, refunds are limited:
- We refund the first payment on a subscription if you ask within 14 days of that payment.
- Renewal payments after the first are not refundable — cancel before the renewal date instead.
- Partially used periods are not refunded; your access simply continues to the end of the paid period.
How to ask.
Email hi@levlin.net with the address you used at checkout. Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record and returned to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear.
Statutory rights.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or withdrawal right you have under the consumer law of your own country. If your local law gives you more, your local law applies.
