No. Speckle has no 3ds Max connector, so there is no Speckle route between Revit and 3ds Max. Speckle’s own documentation lists the applications it connects, and 3ds Max is not among them. The page that lists them ends with an invitation that settles the question: “Need a connector we don’t have? Request it on our forum.”

Each of the real options has a cost. File Link does not keep object identity stable across reloads, so materials, modifiers and UVW are lost on the elements that get rebuilt. FBX rebuilds the whole scene on every revision, which costs you everything done since the last one.
